Ingredients
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 TBSP Virgin Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1/4 C Pure Maple Syrup, Scant
- 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 C Lily’s Chocolate Baking Chips
To Make: Whisk together dry ingredients, then mix in everything else except the chocolate chips (use a baking spatula to fold and press the mixture together) then, lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. Measure by TBSP, roll into balls, then flatten with palms into rounded disc shapes. Bake at 350* for 7 – 8 Minutes on a parchment-papered or lightly greased cookie sheet. Makes about 13.
